Our refund policy for glass fusing projects is crafted to prioritize your satisfaction. Please note that all sales are final. We will issue refunds only for items damaged during shipping. If you receive a defective item, kindly inform us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit. We appreciate your understanding regarding our policy.
Store Credit
